Q. "Can doodlekids t-shirts be washed by hand or in a washing machine along with other clothes?"
- We have washed doodlekids t-shirts with other clothing and have had no issues with ink bleeding onto other pieces of clothing. The markers are water-based and washable. However, you may wash the t-shirts by hand or alone in a washing machine.
Q."Are doodlekids markers washable from skin?"
- The doodlekids washable markers are water-based and non-toxic. They are easier then other inks to remove from skin. The ink will not necessarily wash off immediately due to skin's porous nature. Wash hands and other body parts with soap and warm water to help wash off. You can also try rubbing a small amount of mild dish soap directly on skin where ink is present, then rinse with warm water

- The doodlekids markers are 100% water-based and non toxic.
Q."Do you offer other shipping methods?"
- We are currently using Canada Post regular mail as the most cost effective and with decent delivery times according to Canada Post standard. You will have 2 options at checkout: regular mail and Xpresspost
Q."What if the t-shirt is too small, damaged etc... and we want to return it and/or get a refund?
- We at Doodlekids want you to be happy. If there are any issues with sizing, defects, damages etc... please simply contact us and we will find the easiest and quickest resolution. Your satisfaction is very very important to us.
Q."I live in the U.S., what if i don't receive my package within the stated guideline or don't receive it at all?"
- To our dearest American friends. Your business is very important to us. We simply want to share our products with you in a cost-effective way. Since we are small family operated business, we are limited to choosing the type of shipping, especially speed and cost, and Canada Post is our best option at the moment. However, we will continue to work on improving and providing the best shipping options.
